The Village at Grand Traverse Commons

Today, The Northern Michigan Asylum is finding new life, as it is being restored by the Minervini Group, and converted to upscale shops and condos. The older parts have all be stabilized, and about half of the facilities have now been fully converted to modern use. The new is beautiful and is now known as the Village at Grand Traverse Commons.
